Watched Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula last night (and you must always use the full title) for the first time since, and it was … a lot of things. Not sure “good” was really one of them, but it was defintely a great experience. Keanu Reeves gets a lot of guff, but it’s not so much that his turn is outright bad, it’s just that he is so of his time. He’s a 1990s dude transported back a century. Anthony Hopkins appears to have more fun than anyone, and I loved seeing him loudly ham it up.
